I’m going to start this post with my favorite picture of the Shoot. I love that we found this tree among the cactus, rocks and water . Its almost as if they are in a tumbleweed !

This was a very unique experience to us to shoot this Indian Wedding Tradition. The reception was so colorful and the outfits amazing to look at. Henna is an art with very beautiful results. One by one the ladies showed us their designs on their arms and hands.

Kim and Gary came to JATart via a mutual friend (thanks Margaux) for their upcoming wedding. When asked where they would like to have their engagement shots done they suggested Tempe town lake. I hate to admit it, but I have lived in phoenix for over 15+ years and I have yet to go to the lake since they redid it. WHAT A FUN PLACE. Kim and Gary were looking for some formal and casual shots at the same time. They also wanted to bring their dog Dozer in for the fun! They are a great couple that enjoy making each other laugh! Looking forward to the wedding when everyone lets loose!
